Strategies to Thrive Beyond 2021 is a full-day, complimentary event offering highly focused interactive sessions with industry leaders in Customer Communications Management (CCM), who’ll share valuable insights and best practices, paths to achieving regulatory compliance, and strategies for optimizing customer communications.
Ernie Crawford, President and CEO of Crawford Technologies, will kick off the event with a welcome and keynote speech that shares his perspectives on the future of communications in a post-COVID-19 environment. The summit will focus sessions on three key areas – Enterprise Output Management, eDelivery and Content Services and Document Accessibility. The expert sessions, technical demonstrations and interactive collaboration opportunities are designed to provide attendees with innovative ideas and practical approaches that address the challenges of managing the customer experience post-pandemic.
Breakout sessions will cover key topics from experienced customer communications expert.
